  • Format will be Captain's choice with a shot gun start
  • Prizes will be given for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place teams, hole in one, longest and straightest drive, closest to pin, putting challenge, and 50/50 raffle
  • Registration includes golf, cart, range, beverages, dinner, gift bag, and on-course contests and raffle
  • Sponsorship & contributions are tax-deductible, entry fees are non-deductible
  • Field is limited to 128 entries (32 teams)
  • Non-golfers are invited to a casual dinner, awards, live music, and special immediately following golf
  • Additional information will be emailed to participants prior to the event
  • Dinner will be served at approximately 6pm.
