We are a non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to meeting the needs of families affected by Majewski's Osteodysplastic Primordial Dwarfism Type 2 (MOPDII). Our mission is to enrich the lives of individuals with MOPDII by facilitating opportunities for families to meet, providing for adaptive and medical needs, and furthering research efforts.

Ultimately, we seek to unite those around the world with MOPDII. We are a network of support, as well as a place to turn in times of crisis. We will change the future of this diagnosis by promoting awareness and supporting research.

Meet Chloe...
This brave little girl is the inspiration behind the formation of Potentials Foundation. She lived through four tough years of being medically misunderstood and mistreated before she was finally diagnosed with MOPDII. She is an amazing and capable individual, divinely equipped to handle the challenges she faces. Each day, Chloe conquers her world with the strength of a superhero. She holds the admiration of all who know her. Chloe's family formed this foundation in her honor because of their overwhelming love for those with MOPDII and their desire to help Chloe find a friend, a mentor...someone who understands the unique path she walks.
