We are a non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization
dedicated to meeting the needs of families affected by Majewski's Osteodysplastic Primordial Dwarfism Type 2 (MOPDII).
Our mission is to enrich the lives of individuals with MOPDII by facilitating opportunities for families to meet, providing
for adaptive and medical needs, and furthering research efforts.
Ultimately, we seek to unite those around
the world with MOPDII. We are a network of support, as well as a place to turn in times of crisis. We will change
the future of this diagnosis by supporting research. Potentials Foundation – A Cause for Chloe serves our families
by addressing isolation, medical and adaptive costs, and research needs. We spend funds in direct accordance with these
objectives.
